Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We process your data on the basis of the legal requirements, i.e. the EU General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Law (DSG). The following information on data protection will inform you of the most important aspects of data processing related to our website.

If you contact us via e-mail, we will store the data you provide so that we can process your request. This data will only be used to provide the services you have requested and will not be passed on to third parties. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.

Ticketing
When you use our online shop to buy theatre tickets, your personal data will be collected, processed and stored. This happens on the basis of the contractual relationship we share. It is necessary for fulfilling our contractual obligations to you (the buyer) and for providing the service required (e.g. delivering tickets).

Personal data for online ticket purchases
When requesting information, buying tickets or registering for a performance, you may have to submit other data along with personal data such as your address, name, e-mail address and telephone number. This can vary depending on the specific request and the method of payment. Such data is generally related to the transaction and will be processed and stored according to the business relationship.
In some cases, when buying tickets or registering for a performance you will be asked for further data, which we need to make it possible for you to make use of our services and website.
mtms will collect this data for Theater Drachengasse and process it in order to provide the required service. This can include, for example, information regarding eligibility for price reductions. The questions are specific to the relevant event or ticket, and the information will be processed by Theater Drachengasse.
The data protection provisions of mtms can be accessed when buying tickets and on their website. In the case of electronic tickets these provisions are integrated as a link.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files, which are stored on your device using the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to provide user-friendly service. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. This makes it possible for us to recognise your browser the next time you visit our website.
When you call up our website, a cookie banner appears. If you click on ‘accept cookies’, cookies will be inserted. If you do not want this to happen, click on ‘do not accept cookies’.
No social plugins are used with the information found on our website. The icons visible there are simply links to the social-media sites of Theater Drachengasse.

Newsletter
It is possible to sign up for a newsletter on our website. Subscribing to the newsletter requires a double opt-in. This means that you have to actively tick the checkbox and after registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. If you do not activate this link within 24 hours, your data will be erased.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. In the newsletter, click on ‘unsubscribe newsletter’. We will then immediately erase the data related to your newsletter subscription.

Audience forum
You can submit feedback on productions via our website, which will also allow you to take part in a prize draw. You can of course also send your feedback anonymously. The data collected will only be used for providing services and will not be passed on to third parties. You can withdraw permission to use your data at any time.

You have the opportunity to take part in prize draws via our website. The data collected will only be used for providing the services requested and will not be passed on to third parties. You can withdraw permission to use this data at any time.

Your personal data is protected by the organisational and technical measures possible with the current technology. These measures apply in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or even accidental access, processing, loss, use or manipulation.
Despite our efforts to take the greatest possible care, it cannot be ruled out that information provided to us via the Internet can be accessed and used by other people.
